Objective of the job
Participate actively with different integration projects in the customer data management domain analysing
and changing customer data management processes. Participate to the implementation of the “upgraded”
process with a strong orientation towards end users (awareness creation, training, documentation, …).
To define these changes, you will attend and host workshops with business & IT stakeholders and translate
the outcome in project documentation (detailed business requirements, etc…)
