Job Description:
- Development of HR department;
- Providing full recruitment cycle in the company;
- Ensuring the compliance with the Labour and Tax Laws;
- Implementation of corporative human resources policies and procedures
- Conduction of recruiting campaigns and employment processes, new staff adaptation
- Implementation of employee motivation programs
- Implementation and coordination of performance review and appraisal procedures
- Detection employee training needs, coordination of in-house and external trainings
- Conduction of job market researches and analysis, staff skills and knowledge, etc.
- Conduction of staff investigations
- Corporate culture support and corporate events organization
- Maintenance HR related documents and databases.
