Our client is a large Ukrainian enterprise with foreign investments. This is the first plant in Ukraine for dry mill production of biofuel (bioethanol) from cereals. In order to setup a production process and provide a stable high quality of products the plant is looking for a Plant/Production Manager who has an experience working at any European bioethanol plant.

Negotiations with suppliers of technological equipment;
 Negotiations with subcontractors;
 Taking over, launching and setting up the production process;
Overall control of the technological process and ensuring the stable quality of the output products;
 Building a team of technologists and training them.

A University degree in Process / Refining Engineering or other technical fields;
 4+ years of working experience at the position of the Production/Plant Manager or Technology Manager;
 Experience in starting a plant from zero or in full modernization of the plant;
 Knowledge of the cereals refining technology;
 Fluent English;
 Preferably conversational Russian;
 Ability to organize a successful team;
 Responsible and goal oriented;
 Good negotiation skills;
 Leadership skills;
 Ability to work under pressure and take responsible decisions;
Male, 40-55 years old.
