Executives are daily involved:
- In number of tele-calls, searching for qualified candidates
- Single interviews and detailed screening process.
- Checking of references and coordinating the interviews
- Filling The Database and selecting people

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates should have previous sales or marketing experience minimum 2 years. We also ask that you are highly -educated, are a strong communicator in both English and Russian, and are a high achiever in your current career. Knowledge of Finance Industry is advantage but not mandatory.
