Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE
Lead and be accountable for growth, support and development of the Visa consumer cards market in South East Europe (SEE) & CIS. Provide face-to-face support to key clients in terms of portfolio optimisation and enhancing issuance, activation and frequent usage of Visa?s consumer products.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Contribute to the development and implementation of the consumer products marketing plan and strategy
2. Establish and manage budget requirements for the Consumer Products segments in the sub-region
3. Manage the provisioning of education and sales support to relationship management
4. Manage the provision of consultancy to client banks and other stakeholders

Job Requirements:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Retail banking/financial services sector or card acquiring business experience with demonstrated experience in consumer products
Demonstrated leadership skills in an international / matrix organization
Knowledge and understanding of banking operations and/ or payment schemes, including card-related products & services, business systems and processes
Expert knowledge of how the brand, product platforms, and rules interact for existing and new payment solutions
Strong commercial acumen - Previous product line P&L responsibility is a plus
Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills are needed to influence direction and change attitudes and decisions of senior level international bankers
Strong self-management skills including demonstrable drive and energy
Customer-facing experience, Sales experience and proven negotiation skills
Retail merchant experience in a pan-regional environment is an asset
Possession of strong knowledge and skills across a range of functions including strategy, marketing, operations, budgetary/accounting and administration, at a professional level
Strategic and innovative thinker also capable of strong execution
Strong communication and influencing skills, to work at all levels
Multicultural sensitivity and interpersonal relationship management, including the ability to work effectively within CEMEA, between regions and with Worldwide Staff
Candidate must have the ability to travel frequently
Language Skills: English and Ukrainian or Russian (oral and written). Working knowledge of Croatian would be a plus
